I don't really like brick, but this is priced so good, three bedroom, finished basement and work room which would be perfect for my studio workshop. It would be awesome!

OMIGOSH i love that little porch!! to spend summer nights on that little porch would be awesome.that is a pretty house. i love the hardwood floors & the general layout of the living room. i live in bay area and the rents are slowing driving me and my husband out & eventually will move from here b/c it's too darn expensive.but san francisco is like "oz" i don't want to leave:O( but i will have to one day
yes! that is exactly why I want to move away from California and the silicon valley. I don't want to pay a million dollars for a tiny shack. I find California too crowded anyway. And I'm over the bay area. :-)
